On Tuesday, Tigers club received their reward for winning the Action for Happiness calendar for February!
They enjoyed a 30-minute yoga session with Lisa from our Wellbeing team. Lisa first led a warm-up of bilateral regulation, using both sides of the brain by crossing the midline of our bodies with movement to aid concentration and focus.
Then a yoga game to strengthen core muscles, co-ordination and team bonding rolled into one; it was great fun passing the yoga bricks around the circle with our elbows and our feet.
Lisa then guided the group into beautiful relaxation using lavender-filled eye pillows and sensory calm cuffs to help regulation.
