Pupil wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do at Wellingborough School. Our pastoral care systems are thoughtfully designed to support every child in reaching their full potential, both academically and personally.
Nurturing environment
We foster a nurturing environment where each pupil is recognised as an individual, with their own unique talents and personality. Our dedicated staff know every child well, enabling them to provide tailored support that encourages growth and resilience.
Wellbeing team
Our award-winning Wellbeing Team, offer expert guidance and support in a calm, confidential setting. They work closely with pupils and families, delivering a wide-ranging programme of early interventions and mental health support.
Recognising that change and transition can be challenging, the team collaborates with the wider school community to ensure every pupil feels safe, understood, and supported throughout their journey at Wellingborough School.
