Teatime Recital Brings the Term to a Musical Close

On Monday, pupils, staff and families gathered in Chapel for the final Teatime Recital of the year, enjoying an afternoon of music in a relaxed and welcoming setting.

The recital showcased a wide range of talent from across the school, with performances spanning voice, piano, strings, brass, woodwind and percussion. From classical pieces such as Purcell’s Adagio and Haydn’s Surprise Symphony to well-loved favourites including A Whole New World and The Bare Necessities. The programme definitely offered something for everyone.

Pupils performed with confidence and enthusiasm, whether singing, playing solo pieces, or performing as part of small ensembles.

The Teatime Recital continues to be a valued opportunity for pupils to share their musical progress and gain experience performing in front of an audience. It was a lovely way to conclude the series for the year, with guests able to enjoy tea, conversation and a wonderful range of performances.

Thank you to all the performers and staff who made the event such an enjoyable and memorable occasion.
