Our Upper Prep pupils took to the stage yesterday for this term’s Club Music Competition, showcasing their musical talents in front of fellow pupils and our internal judge.
Representing clubs across the Prep School, one pupil from each club in Years 3 to 6 was selected to perform and compete for valuable points. The audience enjoyed a wonderful variety of performances, ranging from impressive vocal pieces to skilfully played instrumental works.
The competition highlighted the breadth of musical talent within the Prep School, as well as the confidence and dedication of those who performed. Standing in front of an audience and performing solo requires considerable courage, and every pupil who represented their club should be extremely proud of their achievement.
The final result was closely contested, with only a handful of points separating the clubs. After another strong set of performances, Wolves Club emerged victorious, successfully retaining their title from the previous competition.
