The new academic year got off to a vibrant and energetic start with our annual Colour Run. Pupils from across the Senior School came together to enjoy an afternoon of fun, laughter and plenty of colour, demonstrating the strong sense of community that makes Wellingborough School so special. All in aid of raising funds for our 2026/27 School charity, the MS Society.

A much-loved tradition in the School calendar, the Colour Run provided a fantastic opportunity to welcome new pupils into the School community, helping them to build new friendships and feel part of school life from day one. Of course, the pupils gave as good as they got, and staff did not stay clean for long either.
“The Colour Run marked the start of our fundraising efforts for this year’s school charity, the MS Society, with pupils enthusiastically supporting a cause that will remain a focus throughout the year.” – Jill Livingstone, Deputy Head (Pastoral)
We are delighted to share that a fantastic sum has been raised so far for the MS Society, with the final total still being counted. A huge thank you goes to everyone who participated, volunteered and supported the event. Their enthusiasm helped to create an unforgettable afternoon while raising a significant amount of money for the charity.
We look forward to supporting the MS Society throughout the year and building on the fantastic start made by our School community.
