Last Friday, our Year 13 students celebrated their last day of classes by arriving in imaginative outfits inspired by the first letter of their forename. The creativity on display set a joyful tone for the day and provided a wonderful opportunity for self‑expression across the year groups.
This was followed by a year group assembly, during which Mr Hawkes and Mrs Baxby shared their reflections on the week’s events. Their contributions were complemented by a selection of photographs and a traditional rendition of Jubilate, creating a reflective and uplifting moment.
The celebrations concluded with a BBQ on the Headmaster’s Lawn, where Year 13 students were joined by the staff who had taught and supported them throughout their time in the Sixth Form. It provided a valuable opportunity for both students and staff to come together to reflect, share memories and mark the end of an important chapter, making the occasion all the more meaningful.
