After almost two weeks of intensive preparation for House Singing, the Weymouth girls were able to relax and enjoy some well-deserved downtime together at the Weymouth House BBQ. It was also lovely to have Year 7 join us to celebrate all the effort put into their brilliant rendition of Candy by Robbie Williams. The girls may not have had the outcome they wanted, but it’s certainly ensured that they pulled together and displayed our school’s values; Respect, Responsibility and most definitely, Resilience.
A mention must also go to the Year 13 Weymouth girls. They poured their heart and soul into preparing and guiding the younger years and will hopefully take away positive memories and lifelong skills in leadership.
